RESTON, VA, October 21, 2021 — LATCH joins our prime, Xator, and other strong partners in support of the US Army PM Biometrics with the migration, refactoring, and modernization of the Near Real Time Identity Operations (NRTIO) system to Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud. The NRTIO program provides biometric and terrorist watchlist support in the US Central Command area of responsibility. As the NRTIO cloud architect, LATCH developed the technical solution, to-be architecture, integrated master schedule, and budget for a cloud migration from an OCONUS data center to AWS GovCloud. We have completed the launch of the production environment in July 2021, the continuity of operations (COOP) environment in September 2021, and the development environment in October 2021.
