RESTON, VA, April 6, 2023 — LATCH, as the prime contractor, was awarded the Enterprise Infrastructure Product Line (EIPL) Rapid Phase Production (RPP) Identity, Credential, Access Management (ICAM) Services contract from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Together, LATCH, Green Threads, and Polygon Partners will provide Software as a Service (SaaS) Okta implementation, enterprise directory services, and privileged access management. Our team will enable the USPTO to efficiently manage and maintain an integrated ICAM system, using a standards-based authoritative data source for user credentials. LATCH, using our innovative concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices, will deliver services in support of all USPTO Product Lines by achieving balance between sustainment and innovation.
The USPTO is a federal Government agency that grants patents, registers trademarks, and advises Government agencies on the policy, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property (IP).
