JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Job responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using .NET, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Implement and integrate automation frameworks across Azure and Power Platform ecosystems to improve performance and scalability.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Create, test, and manage Power Platform connectors and custom APIs for seamless data and process integration.
- Deploy and manage containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for consistent and reliable operations.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and AI agent orchestration (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
- Conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and ensure adherence to secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment, managing individual tickets and deliverables through Rally while maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Support documentation, version control, and configuration management for all development and deployment activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND SKILLS
The selected candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud-based solution development.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Stack technologies (.NET, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Functions).
- Skilled in Full Stack Development (.NET, Java) for web and service-based applications.
- Experience building and integrating Power Platform connectors and custom APIs.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Power Platform, Azure Automation).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of automation testing and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly in collaborative Agile settings.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
It is desirable that the candidate has the following qualifications and skills:
- Knowledge of AI-driven frameworks, including Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, or AI agent orchestration (AWS Bedrock).
- Familiarity with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies and their application in secure system design.
- Awareness of federal compliance standards such as FedRAMP or NIST 800-53.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
