JOB SUMMARY

The candidate selected for this position is responsible for architecture, implementation, and day to day support of the Enterprise Digital Content Management product offering with special focus on the Adobe Cloud suite of products, Target, Marketo, AEP, Analytics, and Launch. They collaborate heavily with Enterprise functions such as, but not limited to, Architecture, Security, Governance, Privacy, Risk, Availability, Scaling, Failover, Performance tuning, pipelines, and supporting both internal and external service providers. There is hands on administration, support, and platform ownership of Marketo, Analytics, AEM, Assets, AEP, and Target.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The candidate selected for this position is responsible for translating client content management requirements into technical designs which includes enterprise-level architecture and implementing strategies using components of the Adobe AEM platform to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks.

  • Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite, including WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration.
  • Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.
  • Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content & collaboration solutions and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.
  • Apply deep understanding of AEM and other Adobe solutions like Analytics and Campaign to make appropriate technical decisions.
  • Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.
  • Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used.
  • Install and configure Adobe Experience Manager for on-premise or cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/ targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media, etc.
  • Assist our clients in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation, and in some circumstances taking a technical leadership role.
  • Architect and design the component model that will be used to construct a digital platform for both web and mobile using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Effectively communicate physical architectural designs to customers and present design options/considerations.
  • Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe AEM.
  • Work primarily with multiple functional areas within a client engagement (e.g. multiple teams/groups).
  • Develop Websites and Components in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Extend and Customize Adobe Experience Manager – Certificate of Completion.
  • Manage and Deliver Digital Assets Using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Administer and Securely Maintain Adobe Experience Manager /AEM System Administrator.
  • Create Web Experiences Using Adobe Experience Manager 6.x / AEM Sites: Author.
  • Identifying and recommending a security model.
  • Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and Dynamic Tag Management).
  • Work with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best practices, and business strategies.
  • Translate requirements into detailed solutions for the new platform.
  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives.
  • Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics , Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and Dynamic Tag Management).
  • Designing a solution architecture.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND SKILLS
  • 2+ years experience as an Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Web Content Management System experience (WCM), CMS, CRXD.
  • Experience architecting implementations of Adobe Experience Manager in Adobe 6.4 or higher.
  • Proven ability to design/optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Familiarity in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
  • Application administration, hands-on AEM (CQ) administration and Administrator AEM.
  • AEM upgrades from 6.2.x to 6.5.x.
  • AEM Communities, Site, and Forms.
  • Building and deploying enterprise level WCM solutions on Adobe CQ 5.5, 5.6, AEM 6.2+.
  • Custom AEM Reusable components, Widgets, Templates, Apache Jackrabbit CRX, and AEM (Heavy experience and in-depth, hands-on knowledge required).
  • Programming experience in J2EE, Java, JSP, Sightly, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Web services, ANT, Maven, HTML5, XML, CSS, EJB, JSON, JMS, JDBC, RWD, Oracle, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience in AEM Admin tasks, includes installing AEM in Author, Publish and dispatcher Mode, Sling status, creation of audit reports and configuration AEM in http request.
  • Installing and configuring Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for on premise solutions.
  • Hypertext Markup Language & Cascading Style Sheets.
  • Expertise in providing solutions for clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize the work effectively.
  • Should have knowledge of authentication against LDAP server., SSO, SAML etc.
  • Identifying and recommending performance requirements.
  • Should have knowledge of secure web application development and deployment process.
  • Should have knowledge on Adobe AEM deployment options in on-premise and cloud.
